Bliss clog dissolving cleansing milk is a gentle low-foaming silky soft textured cleansing milk that deep cleans without irritating and without upsetting the skin's delicate moisture balance. It contains a special blend of four light but powerful hydrophilic oils that quickly and completely removes makeup and breaks down excess sebum, dirt and debris. Its low-foaming action provides a great skin feel, but does not compromise the excellent cleansing properties of the product.

Directions：
